On Call Centre is proud to announce the promotion of Calvin Smith to Vice President and excited to welcome Chris Nadeau as General Manager.
After a decade in the role of Vice President and General Manager, Calvin Smith is promoted to Vice President to assume the responsibilities of the President and Founder, Stanley (Stan) Arron, who passed away in 2019. As Vice President, Calvin is responsible for the overall management of the company and its operations, as well as setting the vision and strategic direction.
Chris Nadeau joins On Call Centre as General Manager and is responsible for driving the overall vision and corporate strategy of the company. Prior to joining On Call Centre, Chris has worked for Giant Tiger, IDS Systems Consultants Inc. and the City of Ottawa. At these companies, and more, Chris honed his leadership and customer experience skills. He has demonstrated leadership and management qualities, and skills leveraging the strengths and talents of team members to achieve business goals.
