Last month, On Call Centre earned the Diamond Plus Award for 15 consecutive ATSI Awards of Excellence. ATSI (Association of TeleServices International) is one of two third-party organizations that quality-assure our services.

All of our customer service representatives (CSR) are focused 100% on inbound customer service. Our CSRs are randomly tested 12 months a year by ATSI and the second organization that quality-assures our operations, the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X).
