On Call Centre Earns National Industry Award for Call Management Excellence

 

On Call Centre attended the annual convention for the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) in Charlottetown PEI, October 2025, and received the Award of Excellence and the Award of Excellence Plus.

These prestigious awards are presented annually by CAM-X, the Industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery.

On Call Centre is proud to receive this award again this year.  It is a testament to our continued dedication to providing top quality, bilingual, 24/7 message management and customer service, which has been the foundation of our business for over 50 years.  We are also very proud to have received a top score of 100%, an outstanding achievement, and we applaud our Call Taking Team for all their outstanding efforts!”, said Pam Poehlmann, General Manager of On Call Centre.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six-month period. The scoring criteria includes:

– Response Time
– Courteousness
– Accuracy of Call
– Knowledge of Account
– Overall Impression of Call
